Department for Supporting the Spiritual Development of Youth

The Department for Supporting the Spiritual Development of Youth of Bukhara State University is a structural unit responsible for implementing the state youth policy, promoting students’ spiritual and moral development, organizing meaningful extracurricular activities, and coordinating educational and upbringing initiatives within the university.

The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the regulatory documents of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the University Charter, and internal regulations.

• Implement the state youth policy and organize spiritual and educational activities throughout the university.
• Promote patriotism, national values, spirituality, and moral education among students.
• Inform students about the decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as national education policies and regulations.
• Organize students’ leisure time effectively and coordinate the activities of clubs and student organizations.
• Coordinate student accommodation services and oversee the activities of student dormitories.
• Coordinate tutors’ activities and improve the effectiveness of educational and mentoring work.
• Conduct sociological studies to assess students’ spiritual and moral development and organize awareness campaigns.
• Develop cooperation with governmental and public organizations in the field of youth development and spiritual education.
• Strengthen students’ ideological resilience against harmful influences and promote a healthy lifestyle.
• Support talented students, encourage youth initiatives, and enhance students’ social engagement.

• Organize spiritual, educational, cultural, and awareness events, seminars, forums, competitions, and meetings.
• Coordinate the activities of tutors, educators, and prevention inspectors.
• Provide methodological supervision of student dormitories, clubs, and extracurricular organizations.
• Develop internal policies, programs, and guidelines related to student affairs.
• Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for the university administration on youth policy and educational activities.
• Monitor students’ social engagement, spiritual development, and the effectiveness of educational programs.

The primary objective of the Department is to educate students in the spirit of high moral values, patriotism, and civic responsibility, enhance their intellectual potential and social engagement, foster a healthy spiritual environment within the university, and effectively implement the state youth policy.
